Villa Moretić is located in the picturesque bay of Zaton with Mediterranean vegetation, pebble beaches and a crystal sea, in one of the most beautifull locations in the Dubrovnik area. The famous city of Dubrovnik is only 7 km from our villa and there are good public transportation services, whether you wish to go by bus, boat or car and a visit to the Old Town is a must.

All apartments have a view of the sea and the bay and each is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with air-conditioning, satelitte TV channels, Internet access, refrigerator, coffee maker and everything else you need for a good holiday. Behind our villa is a big beautiful garden terrace with a grill to enjoy and a garden playground for kids.

Services

In Villa Moretic your friendly hosts will make sure that you have a most enjoyable and relaxed holiday with real refuge from a hectic everyday life. Whether you arrive by plane or by ship, we have our taxi car and combi service to pick you up.
During your stay breakfast can be offered in our Pergola terrace, where you can enjoy a view of the bay. You can use freely an open-air barbecue while preparing your meals. We can also offer massage, hand, leg and bikini waxing treatment, so you can relax completely while staying in our holiday home.

Location

Villa Moretic is situated in the charming bay of Zaton, surrounded by unspoiled Mediterranean nature and crystal clear sea. The bay is famous for its beautiful pebble beaches and peaceful places for tourists who appreciate privacy and isolation from the crowds. Our villa is located near the main Adriatic road, which can take you easily to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, only 7km away, or to other Croatian towns if you desire. Zaton bay is very well conected with Dubrovnik and its surrounding area and bus and boat stations are 150m from the villa. Here you can find a large number of cosy restaurants, charming coffee shops and pizzerias, together with all other necessary services for a pleasant holiday, such as a post office, bank, supermarket, hair-dresser and newsagent.

The Pearl of the Adriatic Sea is for you to enjoy all year round. Come to Dubrovnik and make sure to visit the eco-region of Konavle, the charming small town of Cavtat, the ancient historical island of Lokrum, the national park of Mljet, the distinctive Elafiti islands, Marco Polo's birthplace of Korčula, the nearby arboretum Trsteno and Ston' (home of the longest fortress walls in Europe). Of course, your vacation is not complete until you enter the Old Town of Dubrovnik and walk the majestic walls that surround it.
