The apartment has 1 bedroom plus a loft and is just adjacent to our 'Romantic unit' in Rue de Rochechouart.

Located in a lively neighborhood out of the Tourist area but as close as five minutes walking from Montmartre, Sacre Coeur. The apartment looks out on a little garden and is free from any street-noise. Closest Metro station Anvers is two blocks up. Refurbishment in early 2005 under supervision of Internationally acclaimed architect Peter Tyberhien (Publications at Harper Collins, Madame Figaro etc...). Artwork by Parisian Artist - Décorateur Bruno Pascal.
Some main features include K4 kitchen element by Norbert Wangen (Best domestic design award in 2004 for K2 by Wallpaper-magazine). Basket-bath "Morphosis" by Pininfarina for Jacuzzi with Chromo-Therapy. Bed by Armani Casa.Tiles by Bisazza. Ecologically friendly materials like bamboo and bio oils. All anti-allergic linens and bedding. B&O sound and TV system.

Garage: Next door at 16 Euro per 24 hours.

Shared Pool: 2 blocks down the street.

Full kitchen, with cooking utensils provided, chef-knifes, espresso-maker, Miele stove-oven-dish-washer.

B&O Cable TV, I-pod with connection to main sound system and broadband internet.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Rates

All Year Round: €980/week
Security Deposit of €250 or Equivalent.
Cleaning €40 per week.
Credit Cards through PayPal.
Special combo fare with adjacent Romantic unit €1454 sleeps 6-7 together. Or it can be rented together with both the Romantic unit and the Luxury unit at a special combo-rate. This combination sleeps up to 11.

We stayed at Feng-Shui twice in two years and we loved it! The first time I organized a surprise saturday night for my wife, leaving from Milan to spend the weekend in Florence, Italy (at least that's what she thought we were going to do). We jumped on the first flight to Paris instead and enjoyed a memorable, romantic evening all for ourselves. Feng-Shui was a real treat. I travel a lot for business and I am quite a demanding traveller, therefore I was looking for the best place to spend a unique, great night out and I definitely found it in Peter's apartment. Peter's also been tremendously kind and helpful, as he was very flexible towards our needs, thus convincing us to return to Paris a year after for a longer weekend, always at Feng- Shui. We definitely recommend Peter's charming apartments to anyone, as we also own two luxury houses in Sardinia and we are very much customer oriented and dedicated to a special service in a unique place for discriminating clientele as we are. Thank you Peter!

I once did a documentary on hotel doormen and stayed in five star hotels in ten cities around the world.
I didn't enjoy any of them as much as I did Peter's Feng Shui apartment.
The amazing innovative design was a delight. I kept discovering new features. It inspired me to go home and redesign my own place!
It was such a treat to make a real cappuccino every morning, watch the dvds on the best system known to man, soak in the jacuzzi then walk around naked while I chose my clothes for the day since nobody could see into the apt because it's totally private.
It looks onto a courtyard of trees, from which you can hear birds in the morning - no traffic sounds whatsoever.
What a fantastic little hideaway.

We stayed in studio Feng-shui and Lien and I had a terrific stay here. Anything you can imagine is present in the loft. You can cook, watch dvd's, take a relaxing Jaccuzzi, .... Also the design maked us very comfortable. After two days we felt like reborn. This short stay in Paris was great for us. The appartment is so close with everything that we could walk to every place we wanted to see... it was perfect...
